Hands-on Floral Design Workshops

Materials needed: six foot work table for each two participants

These workshops are custom designed for your group. The group will decide on their design theme and David Pippin provides all floral materials (flowers, foliage, Oasis™, tape, containers, etc.) needed to complete the project. Participants bring their own clippers; gloves and smocks are optional. Workshops last 1½ - 2 hours and are open to beginning and experienced designers. Minimum participants 10; maximum 25.

Children's Workshops

Materials needed: will vary depending on workshop topic

Garden themed, hands-on workshops work well for children (K - 5). Topics vary according to age of the children, and while workshops are designed to be fun, state Standards of Learning are considered when planning activities. Workshops can be held at school, church or in the home. They are ideal for the classroom, after-school or Bible school programs or birthday parties. Workshops last approximately one hour and a minimum of 10 children is required (and preferable no more than 25). At least one adult per 10 children must be in attendance.
